Peter Gould is a designer specializing in museum exhibitions and environments. He approaches exhibitions as a collaborative process with clients, creating exceptional design to communicate the curatorial narrative and articulate the interior architecture for dynamic and unique visitor experiences. Peter’s exhibition experience includes leading design and exhibition production at the New Museum, New York City from 2000-2004 and at the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles from 2006-2017. As an independent, Peter designs exhibitions for some of Southern California’s premiere cultural institutions, including the California African American Museum, the Huntington Art Museum, Japan House Los Angeles, the Institute of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, A+P, Vincent Price Art Museum, and MOCA. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and his Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
